During my time as a consultant for Stream:20, I worked with Betfair for over a year. While I was there, I wrote everything from website popups to email and SMS, passing for a football fan, a horse racing expert and a poker pro.

With some tone of voice work and a lot of googling, I managed to get the gift of the gab and more than doubled email click-through rates.
