Sky

When I started working with Sky, they'd just introduced a new tone of voice so there was a lot of work to do bringing all their triggered emails in line.

As well as re-writing 80 emails, I worked across a range of channels and campaigns from lead gen DM to a banner campaign and landing pages.

All work is copyright Sky.

(Former) Head of Copy
Sky

Katie has been a pleasure to work with during her secondment at Sky. I've been implementing a new tone of voice there for over a year and Katie came in to set up email templates, including copy. She hit the ground running - got our style straight away, making my job so much easier. She's quick and reliable too - Sky will miss her.
