With their tongue-in-cheek tone of voice and eclectic product range, it's always a pleasure writing for TK Maxx.

As well as writing copy for weekly emails, I reviewed their CSR pages and made sure the new TOV was in place ahead of a partnership with Comic Relief.

I was delighted to be invited back a few years later, where the work was as varied and creative as ever.

Katie wrote for both TKMaxx and HomeSense at TJXeurope. She very quickly grasped the brand's tone of voice and wrote some clever, compelling copy. She's tenacious and time efficient and a pleasure to work with. She works hard and produces quality copywriting under pressure. I think she would fit in really well in a creative department working for a retailer. She has the right work ethic and attitude and I would certainly recommend her for future creative projects.
